Self storage reviews
Putting yourself out there as a business to gather reviews, either positive or negative, is just a fact of life nowadays.
It’s so useful to have true feedback from customers who, face to face, are perhaps not willing to be critical.
We all get bombarded with requests from a multitude of businesses we have interacted with. Annoying as they are, it’s great that even a few percentage of people do take the time to review to help spread their views.
Methods
We ask our self storage customers from our branches in Cardiff, Salisbury and Birmingham to leave reviews as existing customers or as and when they leave.
The best methods we have found are Google reviews, Trustpilot and Facebook.
