We also have an alarm system that keeps the building safe and monitored at night, when our reception is closed. When you choose self-storage, you have the added benefit of storing your belongings inside a building which gives you that additional security compared to other storage solutions like outdoor container storage where you are more vulnerable to intrusions and the elements. You can store most things with us but we have to exclude some items like:
Flammable liquids, explosives (including fireworks), live animals, gas cylinders or anything illegal. To prevent any possible spillage in your self-storage unit, washing machines and dishwashers should be completely drained of water. Fridges and freezers should be defrosted and petrol mowers should be drained of fuel before they are placed into storage.

Let’s talk about insurance.
We do not force you to buy insurance from us but please note, by default your goods will be un-insured. You may wish to check your home insurance as many policies cover self-storage. Please see our terms and conditions for further information or ask a member of staff for details of our insurance policy.

If we have a suitable sized unit for you and the paperwork is correct, you can move your possessions into our self-storage facility in Birmingham.
